1. Can I return part of my order.

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

2. How do I cancel an order.

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, if you had ordered your product online. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but not yet been delivered to you, you can still cancel your order and your refund will be process once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Your order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. You have to return your product in given time, if you are not satisfied with that Product.                

3. How long will it take to process my cancellation request.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund.If you have paid online, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

4. How do I return an item purchased on DEAL AYO.

You can return an order by following these steps:

  • Log into Deal Ayo
  • Go to 'My Orders'
  • Click 'Return' to open the Return Request form
  • Select 'Replacement' or 'Refund'
  • The item you wish to return will be picked up from your doorstep.

Important:

  • Please ensure that the correct and complete product is handed over
  • The product should also be in unused, undamaged and original condition
  • Returned product should include everything from the originally delivered package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories
  • In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt

Returns are subject to the return policy that is applicable to the product category

5. When are returns not possible.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies, etc.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
  • Made-to-order / custom jewellery
  • Fragile items, hygiene related items 

6.Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

7. I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement.In most cases,the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other cases, the replacement/refund is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.

If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

8. I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. 

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

9. I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item           when it is delivered to you.

10. What are the Conditions for Refund / Replacements?

  • Electronic items: Upon receipt of your return request, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the product being faulty/defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint we will process your request for return/replacement with regard to the faulty/defective electronic item(s).The returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/defective.
  • For certain types of defects reported, we may require a document from the brand/OEM's service centre confirming that the delivered item was defective.
  • Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these. Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.
  • Some items are bound by the brand's specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
  • Replacements will depend on the availability of the item. In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
  • Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
  • Automobiles (two-wheelers, four-wheelers and commercial vehicles) cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • DEAL AYO Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash.
  • The following items are non-refundable and non-replaceable: Mobiles Insurance & Warranty, Vitamins & Minerals, Proteins & Sports Nutrition, Books, Paints, Ayurveda & Organic Products, Family Nutrition, Pharmacy Products, Health & Safety Utilities, Hospital & Medical Equipment, Alternative Health Therapies, E-Cigarette & E-Shisha, Sexual Wellness, Respiratory Care, Supports & Rehabilitation, Beauty & Personal Care, World Food/Indian Food, Household Essentials, Fragrances, Precious Jewellery, Lingerie Accessories, Software, Gaming Title, DTH Services, Gift cards, Janitor Supplies, Oil & Additives, Car Care & Fresheners, Pet Supplies, Gift Sets, Perfume, Deodorants, Innerwear, Socks, Educational Devices, Extended Warranty & Insurance, Diapers, Gaming Consoles, Cartridges & Toners, Memory Cards.
  • Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

  • Mobile phones should be returned in their original brand package with all accessories intact and CDs/DVDs
  • Refurbished and unboxed items can only be returned and not replaced.
