Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with the location.

  • It’s always free of charge inside Ring Road and 2 KM from Ring Road.
  • Above 2 KM from Ring Road within 15 KM is 50 Rs.
  • Above 15 KM and within 30 KM is 140 Rs.

Note* Delivery charges are depend on location and product size. Extra charge may apply if customer order large product.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. We usually ship within business days exclude public holidays and Saturday. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

  • Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 5 days.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier and from local courier service to your mentioned destination. It depends on your location.
  • Product Delivery Time: Courier will attempt to contact you at the telephone number that you provided in your order. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 7am to 7pm. The delivery company will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.

3. Is there any possibility of fast shipping?

Yes, you can order your product with fast shipping by paying extra amount of money, if you want to get deliver your product within a day or within an hour. Price for fast shipping may vary from location to location.

4. Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?

No, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your order is placed. Orders placed online cannot be changed and you have to cancel your product and re-order again. Order placed through phone can be changed, if you will inform your changed location within 30 min of main order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

5. Are there any hidden costs on items sold by Sellers on DealAyo?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on DealAyo. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay, except the delivery fee due to your ordered product and your location.

6. What if I miss to receive my product on first attempt?

When the customer fail to receive the product in first attempt then courier service will make 2 delivery attempts for delivery of your product. After the 2nd failed attempt at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your product only. If you would like to have the product re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

7. What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

'In Stock'

For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Courier Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

'Available'

We might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale.

'Imported'

Sometimes, items have to be sourced by DealAyo from outside Nepal. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.
